Subject Matter of Rule
This rulemaking amends 170 IAC 1-6-2, 170 IAC 1-6-4, 170 IAC 1-6-5, 170 IAC 1-6-6, 170 IAC 1-6-7, and 170 IAC 1-6-8 to require the 30 day filing to be submitted electronically, to recognize certain statutory or other exemptions from this rule, to detail what is required to be included in an objection, and to clarify the timeline for an objection.
