Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on November 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing in this rulemaking, IURC RM #24-05 (LSA #24-391), regarding the rule concerning the factors used by the Underground Plant Protection Advisory Committee to determine penalties under its standard penalty schedule in 170 IAC 5-5-3. Those interested in viewing the public hearing can do so via the YouTube link here or by watching the livestream below.
Audience members can ask questions in the chat box on YouTube. Commission staff will then ask those questions as they are received and as time allows. Participants wishing to ask questions directly or make comments remotely during the hearing can do so by requesting a WebEx meeting code via email. Requests for the meeting code should be made by the close of business on November 25, 2024, by sending an email to URCComments@urc.in.gov.
