The LPCHD does childhood Immunizations for infants and children ages 0-18yrs of age by appointment only. We follow the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendation for administering immunizations. Check out the schedule of when the immunizations are administered.
As of June 2024, we can offer immunizations to the following individuals:
- Medicaid recipients
- Medicare recipients
- Uninsured
- Underinsured (has health insurance that does not cover immunizations)
- Health Insurance that covers vaccines
Please check with your insurance carrier before making an appointment. Your co-pay (if you have one) will be collected at your appointment.
Please come prepared. You must present a Medicaid card/ insurance card at the time of appointment for services to be rendered.
“Sexually Transmitted Disease Data Building Tool”- The NCHHSTP Atlas Plus is a tool that gives the user the ability to create tables, maps, and charts using more than 15 years of HIV, viral hepatitis, STD, and TB surveillance data that are reported to CDC. Users can also download the data to do additional analyses. The Atlas Plus has Charts, Maps, and Tables functions. Using any of these functions, you can view diseases by year, geography, and demographics.
The Indiana Immunization Coalition has developed the capacity to go to schools and businesses to do immunization clinics for both adults and children including flu. They will vaccinate all people with any type of insurance coverage including uninsured individuals. For more information please click on the following link:
