Update
The preliminary engineering report that was commissioned in the summer of 2019 is entering its final phase of completion. We are expecting the full report to be filed with the county in January of 2020. Stay tuned, we will post the full preliminary report after its acceptance by the county and have public information meetings to discuss the findings of the report.
