Election Recounts

Pursuant to Indiana Code 3-12-10-8, we have the responsibility to "conduct any recount or other contest proceeding ordered by the state recount commission in accordance with this article and guidelines adopted by the commission."

On August 22, 2016, we released the following two recount reports:
