The jail commissary shall be operated in a manner consistent with Indiana law.
All inmates will be given the opportunity to order commissary item(s) unless the inmate has insufficient funds in the account to purchase the item(s) or the inmate is on disciplinary status.
A personal trust account will be maintained for each inmate that will include all money collected that the inmate had on them at the time of book-in and also any money that is deposited for an inmate while they are confined at this facility. Commissary orders can be created or changed 24/7 by inmate.

Money uploaded to inmate accounts:
Money can be deposited into inmate accounts 24/7 at 800+ kiosk locations. Payments can be made with cash or credit or through accesscorrections.com or 636-888-7004. There is a $300 limit per 24hr period.
Inmates who are incarcerated with cash, the cash is deposited into their account. This can be used for phone calls, bonds, or commissary purchases.
Secure Paks:
Secure Paks can only be purchased by friends or family of inmates. All orders must be submitted by midnight Thursday, with delivery the following Tuesday and delivery to inmate on Wednesday.
