The Spencer County Jail is located in the Spencer County Law Enforcement Center at 120 North 2nd Street in downtown Rockport. The Corrections staff includes:

- 18 Correctional Officers
Inmate Visitation
- Inmate Visitation is video visitation.
- This is available through Combined Public Communication and each visitor must be approved by the Jail Commander prior to scheduling a visit.
- All visitors must be 18 years or older to schedule a visit.
- Visitors are welcome to use the kiosk located in the Sheriff’s Office lobby if they do not have access to a smart phone or tablet.

Commissary
Inmate Commissary is contracted through Stellar Services. Money can be added to an Inmates account the following ways:
- A Kiosk is located in the Sheriff's Office Lobby
- By visiting the website www.jailatm.com
- Or a U.S. Postal Money Order
All money deposited must be a money order. No personal checks are accepted.
Phone Calls
An inmate is allowed one phone card after the booking process is complete. Any other phone calls will be at the cost of the inmate. Phone time may be purchased for an inmate at www.inmatesales.com or through a kiosk located in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office.

- Spencer County Work Release Program is available to eligible inmates
