Fall Creek Township is served by the Middletown-Fall Creek Township Parks Department. The parks department is operated by the Town of Middletown and the park tax levy extends into unincorporated Fall Creek Township.
The park system includes a youth sports complex and water splash pad at Dietrich Park in Middletown, as well as various other parks such as School Park at 11th and Locust Streets.
The parks department maintains a trail system that extends from Mechanicsburg Road to the unincorporated community of Honey Creek in eastern Fall Creek Township.
