The elected trustee of Fall Creek Township is Joey Cooper. He has served in this capacity since filling a vacancy in 2022. He was elected to serve a full term in the general election in November, 2022. Cooper is also a career firefighter/paramedic with the City of Anderson fire department. Along with his wife, Carrie, and three daughters, Cooper resides in Middletown.
In 2023, Sabrina Criswell was appointed Deputy Trustee of Fall Creek Township. She oversees the assistance program and assists the trustee with administrative tasks. She resides in Middletown with her husband, Cory, and their two children.
The township is served by a three-member advisory board. Kyle Hall, Angie Beck, and Chase Heinold are the current board members. The board is elected to 4-year terms. Hall currently serves as president of the advisory board.
