Family Preservation Services
Family Preservation Services offers Hoosier families in-home services coordinated by a single provider. This promotes clear communication, enhanced stability, and measurable data. Providers offer a full array of services aimed at keeping children in the home with their caregivers when it is safe to do so. They are reimbursed through a per-diem model, allowing them to focus on outcomes rather than billable hours. Under Family Preservation Services, more Hoosier children will grow up with their families, which will be better-prepared to offer loving, safe care.
