Is the Excel template (which includes the drop-down choices for services that are being proposed) the only accepted format for submitting proposals? In the electronic submission requirements of our complete proposal, is a .pdf format acceptable for the entire proposal package? |
The Excel template is the only acceptable format for submitting the information included in the template. This information must be submitted as an Excel file. The text portion of the proposal must follow the outline and guidelines in Section 2.5 and can be submitted as either a Microsoft Word or PDF format. |
