Carrington Holding Company, LLC owns and operates multiple businesses that cover virtually every aspect of single family residential real estate transactions - investments in U.S. real estate and mortgage markets, loan origination and servicing, asset management and property preservation, real estate sales and rental, and title and escrow services.
Carrington was initially founded in 2003. Since that time, Carrington Holding Company and the Carrington Family of Companies have evolved into a group of vertically integrated operating businesses that direct every aspect of the life cycle of single family assets. Its core capabilities include investment and fund management, residential mortgage special servicing and origination, property management and maintenance, and real estate sales and settlement services. Guided by a leadership team with an average of three decades of industry experience and adhering to a consistent philosophy, Carrington has built the infrastructure necessary to maximize value during any market cycle.

The company's goals reach beyond the single family real estate space, as it continues to expand its commitment to the Carrington Charitable Foundation (CCF). CCF is a non-profit organization of The Carrington Companies and seeks to promote giving back to the community through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington leaders and employees. The Foundation supports a variety of non-profit causes across the United States through fundraising events, donation drives, and volunteering. Their signature program, Operation Carrington House, provides housing assistance to honor the selfless sacrifices of our nation's servicemen and women who have dedicated their lives to protecting our country's freedom. CCF raised $1.4 million in 2014 at its annual charity golf tournament alone, and in 2015 plans to continue being a proud supporter of The Gary Sinise Foundation, assisting in the funding and construction of specially modified homes for America's most severely wounded service members and their families.
