POSITION:

Pest Control Service Technician

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Regular Interaction with Customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service -Interior/Exterior Applications made with liquids, granular and dusts to residential structures primarily -Carry a 50lb sprayer and manage a long 30ft webber pole in addition to other application equipment -Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services performed -Equipment Maintenance and Repairs -Basic Truck Maintenance (cleaning inside and out and safety inspections) -Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Excellent Communication Skills

-Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards -Basic mathematical skills -A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning -Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program administered by the company -Clean Driving Record -Pass a Background Check -Pass a Drug Screen

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING:

All candidates must either have an existing license or certification to make pest control applications or pass any exams or training materials to acquire one.

COMPENSATION:

Seasonal Service Technician: Salary, Production Pay and Bonuses based off of performance Permanent Route Technician: Production Pay and Bonuses bases off of performance
