Our warehouse in Shelbyville, Indiana only ships cold and frozen product. The temperatures range from 34F down to -20F. The warehouse is completely computerized/automated and uses a real-time inventory system. We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 363 days per year.
We have both union and non-union jobs here. The pay and benefits vary accordingly, but all positions have medical, dental, vision and life insurance. There is also a company-matched 401k.
The primary position we are looking for is Warehouse Worker/Selector. This is a very heavy lifting and physical job. In a normal day they walk up to 12 miles and lift upwards of 40,000 lbs.
