Screening Services - The WorkOne REACH Center also offers a variety of additional tests for specific job skills, personal effectiveness tools, and background checks and employment verification to assist employers.

Customized services - Custom questions for job applicants can be added to Indiana Career Connect to help you narrow your selection process to the best qualified candidates. Job fairs customized to invite only pre-screened applicants, meeting your selection criteria, can be arranged at the WorkOne REACH Centers. Programs for customized on-the-job training of certain candidates, lacking specific skills, can be developed in cooperation with a business services specialist at the WorkOne REACH Center.
