Career Interest Workshop

Career Interest Workshop introduces you to the features available on IndianaCareerExplorer.Com (INCE) and shows you how to effectively use its career assessment tools. You will also learn about the most in-demand jobs throughout the State of Indiana, the 17 career industries (categories), all the types, durations, and links to Indiana training providers, and the multitude of resources to prepare you to take your next steps in career advancement. You will see a live demonstration of how to navigate the main sections of the site and how to take three career assessments which include: 1) Career Interest Assessment, 2) Agile Work Profiler, and 3) Work Values Matcher at a time convenient to the participant.

Hardly AI Resumes Workshop

Hardly AI-Powered Resume Workshop is offered in Kokomo WorkOne on Thursdays from 10 AM - 11:30 AM. It is designed for the job seeker who wants to get the best results using an AI tool and accessing the Hardly-Work website. Here you can plan, practice, and execute your job searches, practice interviews, and make career documents using a dashboard with unlimited, targeted resumes, job search trackers, a cover letter builder, a resource library and more. This workshop is facilitated by an instructor who will assist you in getting the best use of the Hardly software. If you would like to take this resume, come prepared with the following: Your Digital Resume-Bring it on a thumb drive, access it from your email, or download it from a website; 3-4 Job Descriptions You Like (You will be able to load these into the Hardly site and use them when creating your resume, etc; and your IndianaCareerConnect.Com login (Your username and password).
