The Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) will oversee federal stimulus formulaic funds distributed to the Indiana State Revolving Fund dedicated to clean water development such as wastewater and drinking water projects. The Indiana State Revolving Fund (SRF) is an existing program managed by the IFA which makes loans to communities for wastewater and drinking water projects.
