Paroled into the United States between February 24, 2022 - September 30, 2023+No Yes Yes No Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela (CHNV) No Yes Yes* No Columbia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras Family Reunification Parole Program (CEGH) Yes No No Yes + Relatives of ORR-eligible Ukrainian parolees are eligible for ORR refugee benefits and services, even if they are paroled into the United States after September 30, 2023.
* Cuban and Haitian parolees under this program are eligible for a refugee health screening. Currently, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan parolees under this program are not eligible.
Note: These screenings are separate from traditional Class B designations.
