California (CAL) serogroup viruses are arthropod-borne viruses (arboviruses) that are primarily transmitted by mosquitoes. The most commonly reported CAL serogroup virus in Indiana is La Crosse virus (LACV). Other CAL serogroup viruses found in the United States include:
