The Indiana Roof Ballroom is conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis, within the heart of the city’s convention, shopping, entertainment and business districts. Connected via skywalk to the Embassy Suites Hotel, Circle Centre, the Conrad Hotel, the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, this unique Indianapolis venue specializes in ambiance, excellence service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
The stunning architecture of the Indiana Roof Ballroom replicates a quaint, European village with authentic stucco facades and red-tiled roofs, along with a second story balcony that surrounds the room. The soaring 30 foot ceiling behind the balcony is a starry blue night sky with a shimmering crescent moon, creating the illusion of being outside.

Event Parking
The Indiana Roof Ballroom's main entrance is on Washington Street through the Indiana Repertory Theater Building. The venue is also connected to the Embassy Suites Hotel/Court Street Parking Garage through the 7th floor, the Circle Center Mall Parking Garages, as well as the 5th floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel and is just across the street from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Embassy Suites garage is attached to the facility and is accessible from Washington and Capitol Streets. The Washington Street entrance is the best entrance to use as sometimes the Capitol Street entrance is closed. View rates here. - Circle Centre Mall Garages
The Sun Garage is accessible from Washington Street. It is just steps away from our front door or accessible through the Arts Garden. The Arts Garden access closes at 9:45 pm. View rates here. - Metered Parking
In the downtown area the days and hours of meter operation are Monday through Saturday from 7am to 11pm.
