INDIANAPOLIS - More than 200 attorneys, housing providers, landlords and tenants were on hand for the 2014 State of Indiana Fair Housing Conference Thursday, April 3-Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Indiana Government Center in Downtown Indianapolis. The conference, presented by the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, offered 8.0 CLE/CEU credit through comprehensive training on the Fair Housing Act.
The two-day conference was highlighted by a keynote address by The Honorable Mayor of Gary, Indiana Karen Freeman-Wilson and remarks by Indiana Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann. The conference also featured a series of workshops presented by local, state and federal agencies which provided both a historical and practical application and case studies on the Fair Housing Act.
