Requesting a Quote for Purchase or Custom Design Work
Creating a Requisition
When creating requisitions for office furniture purchases using QPA 16342, you must include answers to the following justification questions:
- Please explain why the items are necessary.
- Has Surplus been consulted to see if requested items are available?
- Are the items replacing existing furniture or are they for a new office set up/configuration?
- Has the requestor consulted with KIBI representatives to identify appropriate products and followed recommendations?
- If requesting Systems Furniture for IGC campus, has approval been granted by Facilities?
- Please attach the quote and approval from the KIBI representative.
