Creating a Requisition

When creating requisitions for office furniture purchases using QPA 16342, you must include answers to the following justification questions:

  1. Please explain why the items are necessary.
  2. Has Surplus been consulted to see if requested items are available?
  3. Are the items replacing existing furniture or are they for a new office set up/configuration?
  4. Has the requestor consulted with KIBI representatives to identify appropriate products and followed recommendations?
  5. If requesting Systems Furniture for IGC campus, has approval been granted by Facilities?
  6. Please attach the quote and approval from the KIBI representative.
