Jeffrey Krider served for 28 years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. While at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department he served as a patrol officer, evidence technician, field training officer, street-level narcotics team, multi-jurisdictional drug task force, K9 handler, sex crimes detective and was a member of the Peer Officer Support Team (POST) responsible for assisting officers involved in critical incidents and line of duty deaths.
Following his retirement from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Lt. Krider served as a criminal investigator with the State of Indiana Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit focusing on cases involving fraud, drug diversion and the overprescribing of controlled substances by healthcare providers.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has been involved in law enforcement training for more than 20 years and holds Generalist and EVO instructor certifications.
Jeff has been married for 16 years and has two children.
