- Communicable Diseases - an illness transmitted through contact with microorganisms. People, animals, food, surfaces, and air can be all carriers of the microorganisms that pass infectious illnesses from one person to another.
- HCHD Immunizations
- Tuberculosis(TB) - is a bacterial infection that can be spread through the lymph nodes and bloodstream to any organ in your body. Most often found in the lungs.
- HIV - a virus that attacks the immune system, the body's natural defense system. Without a strong immune system, the body has trouble fighting off disease. Both the virus and the infection it causes are called HIV.
