RFP 26-02.01 - Road Safety Audits for 2026
The Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct multiple Road Safety Audits (RSAs) for 2026 for its member municipalities. NIRPC will manage the contract and the project on behalf of its members. The project will include office meetings and field visits with municipal representatives and NIRPC staff, and the development of a final report that includes RSA documents for multiple locations throughout Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties in Indiana. The project shall include meetings, field work, and the development of a final RSA report. The budget for this project is $77,500. The project is funded with Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program funds.
