| Description of rule | Senate Enrolled Act 234 (P.L. 59-2014) eliminated the auction house license and temporary permit for auctioneers. This proposed rule therefore eliminates any rules and references in regards to auction house licenses and temporary permits. The proposed rule also cleans up outdated language regarding fees associated with auction houses and temporary permits as well as fees that conflict with current statute. |
