Amends 844 IAC 11-5-3, 844 IAC 11-5-4, and 844 IAC 11-5-5 concerning continuing education. Repeals 844 IAC 11-1-5, 844 IAC 11-3-2, 844 IAC 11-3-3, 844 IAC 11-3-3.1, and 844 IAC 11-3-4.
