Rule Name: Last Known Employer (“LKE”) Record Processing Fee (646 IAC 5-14-1)

Description: LSA #24-495 adds 646 IAC 5-14-1 to the Administrative Code.  Pursuant to IC § 22-4-19-6(k), under certain circumstances, DWD may charge a processing fee not to exceed ($2) for each record that provides information about an individual’s last known employer. DWD currently charges a ($2) processing fee per LKE record.  This rule adds 646 IAC 5-14-1 to specify the ($2) fee per LKE record.

Rule Name: Office for Career and Technical Schools (“OCTS”) Fees (646 IAC 5-15-1)

Description: LSA #24-633 adds 646 IAC 5-15-1 to the Administrative Code.  IC 22-4.1-21-1 et seq. sets forth minimum fee amounts to be assessed by DWD’s OCTS. This rule specifies the dollar amounts of the current OCTS fees assessed by DWD. This rule will be added to 646 IAC 5 and does not change the amount of the fees currently charged by DWD.  A copy of the proposed rule is included with the Notice of First Public Comment Period.
