Performance Negotiations
The tool is an aid for negotiating levels of performance between the state and the local areas for Program Years 2024 and 2025. It provides local areas with benchmarks estimated by the Local Statistical Adjustment Model (LSAM) – as required by WIOA – along with historical performance levels.
