State Employees' Community Campaign

The State Employees' Community Campaign provides state employees an easy way to donate to their favorite charitable organizations through payroll deductions, one-time donations by credit or debit card or electronic check and special office events.

If you currently have an active payroll deduction in place, you don't have to do anything, and it will continue as is. You will only need to log in to the SECC website if you wish to change your donation amount, add or change your designated charity or charities or stop your donations completely.

Below is information and resources on how to log in, how to make a donation, find a charity and who to contact if you have any questions.

Logging in

Password: Your password is all lowercase and is your first initial plus your last name.

Example: Employee John Doe’s username would be J123456 and their password would be jdoe

Once you are logged in, follow the instructions on choosing a charity or charities to donate to and the amount you wish to donate. Step-by-step guides are available for a new payroll deduction or to modify an existing deduction.
