Office Supplies
As part of an ongoing study conducted by IDOA, the office supply portfolio has transitioned to a multi award portfolio. This means agencies can choose between the below suppliers for what best fits their needs. There is no market basket verses non-market basket options. Requestors may find the relevant office supplies needed for their agency through the provided punch outs.
Since there are no “preferred” office supplies, there are no justification requirements for requisitions if they fit the office supply category and are from an approved office supply portfolio supplier. Please make note of the purchasing decision table below to assist with these decisions.
There are no requirements to prioritize one supplier over the other. In creating this multi award environment, the agencies are given the power to choose what best fits their needs and control their purchases. This also means no one supplier is guaranteed to have the lowest price on an item. It is the agencies responsibility to determine the right balance of pricing, functionality, and service to meet their needs.
