The Planning Commission meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. if there is a business to consider.
The Board consists of seven (7) members; three (3) are municipal appointments and the other four (4) are residents of New Whiteland and cannot all be of the same political party the board must maintain a political balance. For more information contact:

Building Permit Application
Attached is a sample document. You will need the requested information to fill out your building permit application, along with a site plan of your property and a set of construction plans. A portion of the permit fee is required when the application is filed for review. The balance will be due when the permit is approved and issued fees vary based on project size and specifications. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for the permit application review process. Building permits may be filed Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the New Whiteland Town Hall, 540 Tracy Road, Suite A.
