Utility bills are sent out via mail on or around the 20th of every month. Utility bills must be paid by the 15th of every month to avoid late penalties. Utility bills 60 days past due are to be shut off if not paid by the date of the notice.
You can pay your bill via cash or check. Feel free to stop by Town Hall to drop off your cash or check, or you can mail it to Sharpsville Utilities, PO Box 63, Sharpsville, IN 46068.
Automatic payments can be set up by submitting a completed ACH authorization form to the Clerk-Treasurer, either via email at Sharpsville@comcast.net, mail, or in person. If you wish to stop automatic payments, please write a letter granting your wish to stop ACH payments to the Clerk-Treasurer. Stop-payment will not be accepted over the phone.
