Payment Options
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is committed to delivering premier service to its customers. If you are eligible for benefits, you will be able to choose between:
(1) Direct Deposit to a U.S. checking/savings account, or (2) a prepaid debit card. You will be able to make this payment choice immediately after you file your initial claim.
You may update this choice at any time by logging in to Uplink Claimant Self Service (CSS).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your Uplink CSS Claimant Homepage indicates a payment, it can take up to 24 hours for funds to appear in your bank account or on your prepaid debit card.
