Green Tab Commander's Conference (GTCC) is an annual event hosted by The Adjutant General for all Command Teams at the Battalion echelon and above in Quarter 2. The event provides a venue for discussion on priorities regarding all aspects of readiness and for leaders to share issues and concerns. This event includes BN and above Yearly Readiness Briefs to the State.

The Indiana National Guard can trace its beginnings back to 1801, when the Indiana Territory organized militia companies to defend local settlements. Forefathers of Indiana National Guard’s 151st Infantry Regiment fought with General William Henry Harrison at the Battle of Tippecanoe in 1811.
