Information Essay

The Adjutant General published his INNG People Strategy in 2020. What does the phrase " People First " mean to you? Give an example of how you have successfully implemented it in a past leadership assignment. How will you support and implement the INNG People Strategy if you are hired as an AGR battalion Full-Time Unit Staff (FTUS) officer?
This essay will be included with the application of each Officer seeking entry to the Indiana Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program. The paper will be no more than 500 words, maximum one page, single spaced, using arial 12 font in this exact format.
