Contact Your Payroll Vendor

Employers planning to use the bulk upload feature for submitting wage and contribution, member enrollment, or member maintenance files in ERM should ensure files are created prior to soft open, beginning July 16.

Employers working with a payroll vendor to create files need to contact the payroll vendor to ensure vendors have the file specifications and timelines for completion. Employers creating their own files should ensure IT or other relevant parties have this information.

Payroll vendors who have provided contact information to INPRS are listed below:
