COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic at Indiana Government Center April 29 and 30
Marathon Health is facilitating an on-site COVID-19 vaccine clinic, for the Pfizer vaccine, for the state of Indiana employees and family members ages 16 and up on April 29 and 30, 2021, at the Indiana Government Center South Atrium. Free parking will be available at Washington St. Garage #1.
State employees should have received an email from noreply@coronavirus.in.gov containing a unique link to register for a vaccine appointment. This message was sent to the email address listed in your PeopleSoft profile. If you cannot find this email message, you can register by calling the INSPD Benefits Hotline, 317-232-1167 or toll-free at 877-248-0007. A parent or guardian must consent during a 16- or 17-year-old’s registration, and the preference is that the parent or guardian accompany the minor to the vaccination site. If that’s not possible, the parent or guardian can provide written or verbal authorization.
A limited number of vaccines will be available, so register as soon as possible to secure your appointment. Walk-ins will be accommodated depending on the vaccine supply.
For your safety, you will be asked to wait for 15 minutes after your vaccine is administered. You will schedule your second vaccine at your first appointment. The second vaccine will take place on May 20 and May 21, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please continue to follow CDC guidelines and wear a mask, social distance and wash your hands. Visit cdc.gov/coronavirus/vaccine to read the latest information on COVID-19 vaccines from the CDC.
