Important documents coming to your home in January; double-check your address

Team FSSA,

All state employees will be receiving their 2021 W2 tax statement by mail in January 2022. To ensure that you receive your tax statement, please make sure the address on your latest paystub reflects your current address. W2 tax forms that are mailed to an incorrect address are NOT forwarded.

To see the address listed on your most recent paystub, login to PeopleSoft and follow the path below:
Main Menu > Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Pay Inquiry

If the address listed is not where you would like your W2 tax form to be mailed, click here for the “Address Change Procedures,” and follow the instructions to update your address in all systems by December 31, 2021.
