Know the Facts Indiana

This month, FSSA is relaunching our campaign to reduce stigma around opioid and other substance use disorders.

There has been a rise in the use of methamphetamines and other substances in addition to opioids.  As a result, we feel it’s important to evolve the “Know the O Facts” campaign to cover all facets of the drug epidemic and how it is affecting Indiana.

The campaign is now called “Know the Facts.”

This year, the campaign will emphasize more stories of Hoosiers who have gone through substance use disorders and have overcome them. There will be television and radio spots that will appear across the state soon, along with outdoor and online advertising.

The three main messages remain:

• Opioid and other substance use disorders is a disease
• There is treatment
• Recovery is possible
