March All Staff Address discusses efforts to improve inclusion and onboarding
FSSA Secretary Dan Rusyniak will host a discussion Tuesday with Chief Health, Equity and ADA Officer Dr. Kory Carey and the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning’s Assistant Director of Development and Training Samantha Mann, from noon to 1 p.m. ET in the Indiana Government Center South Auditorium.
Dr. Carey will share what the Office of Healthy Opportunities has learned from hundreds of staff listening sessions over the last two years, and how you can use that information to make improvements on your team. Mann will present on best practices OECOSL has developed to onboard new staff, and how it could work for your program or division.
For those who are unable to attend in-person, the address will be live-streamed on the FSSA YouTube channel, link below, and the presentation will also be recorded and available on The Hub.
