New Learning Portal Launched
The state of Indiana will enter a new era in employee learning and development with the new SOI Learning Portal powered by SuccessFactors. The SOI Learning Portal is a learning environment capable of seamlessly connecting employee performance, succession planning and learning and development. This portal is key to the successful creation of a learning culture and it will integrate with other SuccessFactors modules, helping deliver the primary goal of the Monarch initiative: to transform the employee experience.
What you need to do to prepare
To prepare for the new Learning Portal's launch, State Personnel is asking each employee to complete all pending INSPD courses no later than Dec 18. Please click the link below for a list of courses and instructions.
Tutorials
In preparation for the state’s transition to the new Learning Portal, INSPD Learning & Development created a series of tutorial videos for all users and managers. All videos can be launched using the link below or by going to the in.gov/spd/trainingopportunities website. Each video will launch within the same browser window, so please use the back arrow after each video to return to the menu.
