PeopleSoft has a new look!

As you may have already seen, PeopleSoft is back online and has a new look! The PeopleSoft HCM homepage screens, navigations, and time and labor screen have been updated. To see an overview of the changes, please click here: PeopleSoft 9.2 Updates - May 2023 (in.gov).

Clearing Cache

Please note that you may receive an error message when attempting to log back into PeopleSoft for the first time. If you get an error message, please clear your browser cache using these steps:

Microsoft Edge, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner of Microsoft Edge.
2. Select "Settings," scroll down and click on "Privacy, search, and services," then click on "Choose what to clear."
3. Check the box next to "Cached images and files," select the time range, and click "Clear now."

Google Chrome, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner of Google Chrome.
2. Select "Settings," and click on "Privacy and security," on the left hand-side then click on "Clear browsing data."
3. Check the box next to "Cached images and files," select the time range, and click "Clear data."

Upcoming Functionalities

On May 22, additional functionalities will go live in PeopleSoft HCM. These new changes will allow you to:

• Enter or change your direct deposit account information.
• Enter or change your tax information on Forms W-4 (federal) and WH-4 (state).
• Initiate changes to your health and life plan coverage based on qualifying events such as birth, adoption, marriage, or divorce.

Before changes go live, employees and managers will be provided additional information, job aids, and communications to help you take advantage of these new functionalities. We appreciate your cooperation as we make these updates to improve our systems.
