PeopleSoft HCM login change
Beginning Oct. 5, 2022, you will need to go through the Multi-Factor Authentication process to log in to PeopleSoft—even if you are working in office.
How do I get to the new login page? You can access PeopleSoft with this link: https://hr.gmis.in.gov/psp/hrprd/?cmd=login&languageCd=ENG& or by navigating via IN.gov > State Employees > PeopleSoft HR or via the Peoplesoft links on The Hub.
NOTE: You may not be able to login to PeopleSoft with bookmarks made prior to the arrival of the new sign-in system. Please be sure to update your bookmark with the new PeopleSoft login link.
If you still have trouble signing in, clear the last 24 hours of cache in your browser (helpful hint: ctrl + shift + delete is a shortcut to clear cache).

This extra verification step increases security for state employees. When you require a second form of authentication, security is increased as this additional factor is more difficult for an attacker to obtain or duplicate.
