Phishing Scam Targeting State Employees

Please be aware of a phishing scam that has been appearing in state Outlook inboxes. A screenshot of the email scam is available below that can be clicked on to view a bigger version. If the email appears in your inbox please delete it. If you, unfortunately, filled out the information requested please contact FSSA.PrivacyOffice@fssa.IN.gov and they will guide you on the appropriate actions to take.
