Required FSSA Privacy and Security Compliance Policy Training

FSSA is obligated under both federal and state regulations to protect the confidentiality and integrity of a client’s personal information in its safekeeping. As such, federal law requires all FSSA workforce members to complete annual training on the FSSA Privacy & Security Compliance Policies. You can find these policies on The Hub by clicking here.

This required training must be completed within two weeks after you receive notification of enrollment.

A workforce member includes state employees, volunteers, interns, trainees, contractors or others whose conduct, in the performance of work for FSSA, is under the direct control of FSSA, whether or not they are paid by FSSA.

Please note that only FSSA contractors who have been deemed “workforce contractors” are being enrolled in this training. Thus, these workforce contractors should check their FSSA email accounts for an email from the FSSAPrivacyTraining@fssa.in.gov inbox for additional details.

Please be advised this training is not located in PeopleSoft or Success Factors. Please follow these steps to access the training:

Step 1: Click on the following link to access the training: https://sts3.in.gov/adfs/ls/IdpInitiatedSignon.aspx

Step 2: In the right-hand menu, click "Sign in to one of the following sites:" and in the box below, choose "FSSA Training iLMS."

Step 3: Click "Sign in."
