FSSA is committed to best serving all Hoosiers, including those with disabilities. The Office of Healthy Opportunities and the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, work together to lead the agency’s efforts to ensure programs and services are accessible to all.

If the format of any material on our websites interferes with your or client/members’ ability to access information, please contact the Office of Communications and Media at printing@fssa.in.gov. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful, please indicate the nature of the accessibility issue and the web address of the impacted material.
If you would like to add content to any FSSA website, please ensure that files are Section 508 compliant before submitting a web request. The Office of Communications and Media has compiled guidance on compliance, which is available in the document below.
