Circumstances: The victim's body was found on August 5, 1991, in a ditch next to the westbound on-ramp of Interstate 74 from State Road 25. The victim, Georgia Ann Shreve, born April 12, 1954, was discovered by a truck driver. Further investigation revealed that the victim had last been seen on July 25, 1991, at a truck stop in Indianapolis.
