Grants Management Office Hours are a great way for State Agencies and Applicants/Subrecipients to learn about specific topics and interact with SBA led training sessions.

• State Agencies can learn more about Grantee and Grantor functions in eCivis
• Applicants/Subrecipients can learn how to apply and manage their grants using eCivis.

What happens during a "Grants Management Office Hour"

• 5 Minutes - Brief introduction on topic to be demonstrated and ask any burning questions
• 30 Minutes - Demonstrations led by SBA Grants Team staff
• 20 Minutes - Q & A, expand on demonstration learnings, and ask additional questions
• 5 Minutes - Closing remarks, reminders of next training
