As a recipient of federal funds, Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (GLPTC, “CityBus”) has the responsibility to use prudent procurement practices in its purchasing activities. The procurement of quality products, cost-effective equipment, and services is a high priority for our agency. Listed below are current solicitations.

Current Invitations for Bid and Requests for Proposals

CityBus is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service physical facilities management for all properties owned by the agency. We are pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal for the services outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The deadline for submitting a proposal is 5:00 PM (EST), Friday, March 22, 2024.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation for CityBus Procurements

The Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (CityBus) hereby announces its goals for procurement from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded transportation program for Federal Fiscal Years 2024 to 2026. The overall goal is 0.98% annually. Interested persons and qualified DBE firms interested in selling transit-related parts, supplies, or services to CityBus should send a summary of services, brochures, catalogs, and/or letters of interest stating the firm’s qualifications and areas of services to DBE Liaison Officer, CityBus, 1250 Canal Road, Lafayette, IN 47904.
